This is a FEELGOOD show in the sense that there are scientific studies that suggest if someone tells you something bad about themselves it will make you feel better. If this is true, this show will have you skipping all the way home. Talk of love, songs of depression, puppets of fibroids, nakedness and guns - everything this “little Irish fireball” has up her sleeve and down her trousers revealed in fifty non-stop, uninterrupted minutes

Janice would have liked to have done a political show, but she doesn’t know enough about politics, or a show that is just jokes, but she’s no jokemeister. The only subject that she knows lots about is herself and to be honest even that is a little bit on the sketchy side. Her solution is to ask her friends to fill in and this is where the show gets interesting. They’ve written characters for her, which are far more revealing than she could ever be. So, come on a journey, not a mapped journey but journey into her mind - leave your own perfectly good ones at the door for 50 minutes, you will find they feel nicer on the way out.

ABOUT JANICE

Janice formed double act "Susan and Janice" with Susan Earl in 1999 when they brought "Sparkling" to the Edinburgh Festival. Since then they have taken three other shows to Edinburgh and in 2002 toured Britain with their show "Out of Our Heads".

London Evening Standard

In 2004 she was invited to the Melbourne Comedy Festival with FREEDUMB a show that she co-wrote with Phil Nichol for the Edinburgh Festival.
